Gluten free dairy free Brownies!

This came out so yummy! 1/4 cup dry organic black beans 1/4 cup organic red quinoa 1/4 cup organic green lentils 1/4 cup coach's oats (if you want to be super safe from gluten replace with quinoa) 1 tbs Chia seed 1/2 Baking powder (aluminum-free) Mill all these in a Vitamix grinder until  the  consistency of flour.  Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder to the mix In your regular Vitamix container or other blender....Vitamix is best ;-) 2/3 cup honey...you could switch out half for coconut sugar, I did not have any :-( 4 eggs 1 banana 1 apple 1/3 cup coconut oil Add your 3 drops of favorite essential oil pepermint, orange, cinnamon, cassia, or Onguard are all great choices! Then add dry into wet and blend together. Rub a tbs of coconut oil in the bottom and sides of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or until most of the top of the brownies are not wet looking.  When it is just a small wet spot in the middle it is done. I used a 9x9 glass pan. You could use ...

Valentines Day chocolates

All the chocolates and candy are so sweet on valentines day but here is a better option that will not leave that icky feeling after all the sweets. Pimples after eating chocolate are not a fun way to remember valentines day. They seem to never go away! Well I have an oil for that :-) A dab of On Guard on a toxin pimple will relieve the pain and get rid of it quickly. Here is a recipe for yummy healthy chocolate you can enjoy all year long with doTERRA essential oils that kick up the health benefits and leave the pimples behind. 1st step  2 cups coconut oil 4 oz cacao butter 1/3 cup honey 1tbs coconut sugar 1 vanilla bean scraped 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt 2nd step 2-4 drops your choice doTERRA essential oils 1 1/2 TBS cacao nibs separated 1 TBS coconut cream (if desired) great to add for a creamy center.  Melt some of the coconut oil then put everything in the 1st step list in the blender.
