I think the biggest question from nursing moms is, "will oils will effect milk supply." Well....yes they can. They can support the supply, make no difference, or they can hinder it. Everyone is different so what hinders one may not hinder another. I have found that peppermint, ginger, and yarrow internally can hinder my milk supply. I still need to support my digestive system and this is the blend that allows me to support both my milk supply and keep my digestive system engaged so I can get back to pre-pregnancy weight.



 In a 40oz bottle of water

2 drops lemon EO
2 drops Grapefruit EO
1 drop Pink Pepper EO
1 drop cinnamon EO

I drink this 2 - 3 times a day
